the sp farming madness

Post by ginebra »

the new lvl 70 max has made a lot of people reroll new characters so they cud farm like crazy. i know some people on troy who did 127k, 100k, 170k and 1 that is now close to 200k. this is getting worst. when i started playing last january, 30k was top target for farming already. i did 5k on my pure int and 4k on my pure str. now bandit stronghold is a nuthouse full of farmers and monkeys. they all want 6-figure sp savings. faking crazy if u ask me. makes me wanna go suit up my devil suit and let my npc thieves kill them all... maybe they will be cured of their insane desire to be the sp record holder lol. only thing is, they all got their high level hunters there ready to spawn and kill any popping thieves intruding on bandit den. i know a lvl 66 pure int is there farming now and he has warned me not to intrude there or else...
Being able to fight mobs and players while riding a horse.... that's what i want from silkroad!

Why would a lvl 66 farm in the den? He would get what 1 or 2 tops per kill? Nothing like having to kill 300 archers to get 1 spell point.

Lol, when I farmed there, the spawning of high lvl npc thieves always made me laugh and provided some entertainment. Naturally, I never was caught unaware =].

The ones that get me are the monkey farmers. Some lvl 4x or 5x stands in the middle of all the archers and goes afk for hours. Watch athe bandits do a crt hit of 2. Doesn't he realize that his monkey is stealing from my monkey. GRRRRRRR

Some people dont realized they dont have to get ALL they want, but most do. personaly i would go for it all at once, and never have to worry about it in the future.

you guys say they are crazy, but when they lvl from 16-70+ with a 0 lvl gap and have all their skills maxed, then your ganna be thinking wtf, i saw a duder at the stronghold with 275k sp, she was farming to 300k

also, what they do with their time is their own buisness, you have no right to say they have no life or they are crazy

Death to them is necessary, why would they care if you spawn on them? Also last time I checked the den was not an integral quest area. All those mobs spawn in other areas and around the den.

As to why the hunters, lots of people camp tiger girl at high levels, or have their main high level character to play with (I have my main and a lower level char myself) Using the high level to deal with ksing idiots (ksing you and saying haha noob) makes me happy.

I spent 30 min ksing one of these people just to prove a point. Just before I left I helped him die, stood over his corpse and told him to repeat afer me.. KSing is for noobs.. as he swore at me. All the low levels in the area that he had been doing it to cheered, in part because I had invited them into a share party with me while I did it.

It's a game, not a job, people! Even if it's a job, I wouldn't do anything as tedious as that! but then again, who knows if their botting???

Once my blader is maxed out at 70, I'll prolly spend time sp farming a nuker. Shouldn't be hard with SOS gear and if I get bored I go kill isy or job with my blader.

I'd rather just get all my farming out of the way on a new character and then do 16-70 in like a month than have to go slow through leveling (moreso than normal bladers) with yet another character.
I'm in your posts, stealing your quotes.
