1st Computer: When I play for a while, my screen freezes up. I can ctrl-alt-deleat out but then i gotta spend 10 hours logging in. I googled the problem, and found that alot of ppl have it in alot of different games. This one dude playing LOTR has it and his solution was to hit alt-enter to window mode the game and it would unfreeze. I tried it out when i got the bug and it worked. The screen unfroze. Took 2 steps and it froze up again. Kinda annoying to unfreeze it over and over and over.
This 1 other guy said to change the frames rendered from 3 to 0 and it should help it. tried it and it did not do anything. When the screen freezes the game still continues. I can talk on vent and ppl say they see my char doing w/e i click on. I can use pots with the screen frozen and it will pot me. I can continue to spam skills in pvp and they work just fine so I know its an issue with either the video card or driver. I updated drivers to the newest and it did nothing.
I am useintg a geforce 7300gt video card. its a pos and i should prolly get a new one
FIXED
2nd computer: I have not played SRO on this comp in a long time. Recently I tried to play and I got a client is corrupted message. I went and reinstalled the client with the newest version from the site. it installed fine, updated fine, but the client still wont launch. says its corrupted. I then networked my 2 comps together and send my SRO from the working comp to the other one. That client also says its corrupted but it works fine on the 1st computer so I know its not the silkroads/clients fault that its not working. gameguard connects fine on it. i can ping joymax servers. i can download updates with the client. i just cant launch the game on that computer.
if anyone knows anything about those 2 problems, let me know. thx in advanced.
