Making a new character
I plan on making a wizard, but I want to level as fast as possible. If I leveled with a 0 gap, and raised my wizard mastery every time I leveled, how far behind on SP would I be? Or if I raised my wizard mastery every time I was able to get new skills (IE: 4, 8, 12, 16 etc etc). Would I be behind a lot of SP, to the point where I would be gimped after a certain level? Or will doing the idea that I want, enable me to level a lot faster?

The way I have been leveling so far, and it seems to work. Is everytime I can upgrade the skills I want, I level up my mastery to that level. So from 1-4 I had level 0 wizard mastery, once I hit 4, I bumped it up and got my skills. from 4-8 I had a level 4 mastery, once i hit 8, I bumped up my mastery. Doing it that way, will that net me enough SP to keep on pace and kill all my fire and ice skills?
The only reason I do it like that because I want to level the fastest possible, and I know having a bigger gap = less exp but more SP and vice versa.
