well ive seen people having sword and spear it and its cool, well i want it too lol, so i thuaght about it and came up with this:
90 bich, 90 heuk and 90 light,
but how do the people switch the weapon so fast when they fight??
and what could be the best balance for this? ore should it be just hybrid int ore pure int??
and what skills???
could some1 please give me info about a build like this? and how to do it? i couldnt find a guide wich looked like this so i had to ask
sword/spear doesnt really work at 90 cap to be honest. at 80 cap, a build like 80 bich 80 light 80 cold 60 heuksal would work though.
int pretty much needs cold for added defense
here this is from a thread i made a while ago. might help
CobbZ wrote:Well, my advice to you is keep cold at 60. That way you can have 80 heuksal, and 80 bicheon, and 80 light.
The cold mana shield is still effective at level 60.
Have you thought about the 90 cap?
300 masteries at level 90....
So your build would have to include 90 lightning. Leaving 210 points.
To keep up with others u will need cold at least at level 70, 80 would be better. So thats 90 light and 80 cold. Leaving 130 left.
One weapon mastery should be at 90. Preferably bicheon because of the latest level of the knockdown (to keep the 50% chance of knockdown).
So far, 90 bicheon, 90 lightning, 80 cold. Leaving 40 mastery's left. with those 40 masteries, you could just have 40 heuksal. But what good can that do? Fanning spear maybe.
But what i suggest is go 30 fire for the status shield so you can become ice immune. 30 fire, 90 light, 90 bich, 80 cold. Leaving 10 left.
Just get cold up to 90.
The sensible thing to do is keep it simple. Dual weapon doesn't work at 90 cap. To be effective, weapon skills need to be maxed and u cant have 2 weapon trees because u need 2 force trees as an INT player.
Cold past 60 in the 80 cap isn't worth it. The other trees just have too much more to offer. Make sure you're Bich 80 Heuk 80 Light 80 Cold 60. Wear either garments or protector, although I'd wear Garment because of your total lack of a mag def buff. With my personal experiences using this build, your char is very fragile. You will want a heavy str hybrid to make up for all the dmg you're going to take, making you less useful in PvM. Make sure you train with a spear for max dmg, with a suggested mag balance of 70-80. Most hybrid spears go higher than this, but you're not only a hybrid spear, but a hybrid sword too, which means you will have one less tree. In this case, fire has the least to offer you. The extra phy balance you get from this low mag balance will increase both your phy def, meaning you are able to wear garms for a higher mag def, and your HP, meaning you won't get raped by nukers, and you'll be harder to kill by str chars.
To switch your items quickly, put them in your F slots.
oke thnx guys, well asumed to see im not a botter and i think im never going to make the 90 cap, but i will try to reach atleast 80 so i was thinking about 80 bich, 80 heuk, 80 light and 60 cold than, that should do and than should i do hybrid int??? i want awesome dmgs.. so should it be hybrid int ore pure int??
First what';s the point of being dual weapon ? off course you don't plan to use both weapon masteries skills that's a waste .. INT character don't need the weapon skills that much .. they need force masteries ..
IMO to have good dual weapon you can go :
Pure INT with : 90 cold , 90 light , 90 fire , 30 heuksal ..
In this build you will do the biggest damge in all chinese character , maxing fire and light means most damge with your spear , use spear in PVE and use s/s in PVP , use cold to freeze/forst ppl and heavy damge them ..
I can suggest other version from this build :
Pure INT with : 90 cold , 90 light , 90 force , 30 heuksal or bicheon
90 force is worth getting make you heavy damge too .. and can survive easily .. just de-buff enemy parry ratio and attack rating and curse him then attack .. these effects of force can't be cured by normal universal pills and stay good time .. and force wil be nice for the amazing circle and heal/cure/res too ..
If you think about weapon mastery you should go hybrid .. mmm
that's hard .. hybrid need to use the weapon skill , and weapon skill need phy attack from fire .. also hybrid need mag def .. and you can't get 5 masteries to 90 , and you can't get 4 masteries to 90 .. and you can't get 4 masteries to 80 , dual weapon was a good build when max skill was lvl 69 .. that let people have 80 , 80 , 70 , 70 masteries without loss .. but now in 80 weapon mastery at 70 sux , imbue mastery at 70 sux , and they will open cap 90 before any one start his character today reach even 70 .. that's why we should stop talking about cap 80 when thinking about make new characters ..
2 weapons mastery is a real waste .. and need a lot of sp farming ...
what's the cool thing of fighting with spear and s/s and switch between them in the same battle ?! nothing .. you are INT build not STR build to fight with dual weapons ..
Chinese isn't for dual weapon , european is the best choice for dual weapon ... chinese weapon mastery don't add anything to other weapon mastery , but euro weapons add to each others .. say : cleric/warlock , rouge/bard , warrior/cleric .. etc ...
Go hybrid with an 83%mag, id say go heuksal as ur main for higher damage and stun, have a lil becheon for KD and stab, and yull be great at pvp and jobing, and u need ive for defence so go
90 heuksal
90 Light
90 Ive
30 becheon

even with this negative advices, im still going to do this. I've seen lots of people own with this, and here is my idea: 90 bich, 80 heuk, 90 light (imbue) and 40 Cold that should do, and the thing that should be cool about it that is my opinion, you might not think its cool but i do xD
and im going hybrid int not pure int so i will be able to live longer and fight with the weapon skills most
