Am I still considered "legit?"

In your eyes, am I still considered legit even if I'm getting powerleveled by a bot?

Please explain why or why not.

Well, if people consider that unlegit, then consider this, are you still legit when a goldbuyer uses gold that he bought to buy your stall items?

Getting power lvled by a bot, if that bot is not your own is a loophole. You are technically not breaking any rules as long as you are not the one using the third party program on any of the computers in your home or any computers you have access to.

It is sort of like the question, "Am I a murderer if I kill someone while trying to defend myself?" or maybe, "Should soldiers be labeled as murderers for doing their job/ following orders?" Many prisoners of war were released with the excuse of following orders.

Whatever who u are, if it's a coincidence then it's ok. But if u know the bot well, like in the same academy, and u find bots helpful, u should stay at the same side as bot. :wink:

IMO you are still legit...and for all the people arguing the contrary, consider this; if you advertise to sell something, and it is worth 50mil, and someone who wants to buy it is a goldbuyer, and he offers 80mil for the item, would you refuse? i doubt it, and if you say you would refuse, you're lieing. Or to the lesser extent; if you are stalling and notice someone you know buys gold bought one of your items, would you ask for the item back, or throw the gold on the ground? again i doubt it

so being powerlvl'd by a bot is still considered legit, not matter how unethical it is

It IS legit.

If JM banned bots / etc. they would not ban you, so that means you are legit. If you are not breaking the rules, you are legit and you are not breaking the rules.

Some things you can control..some you can't.

When a bot powerlevels you, you're indirectly using the bot. You CAN control that, unlike your gold buying example. What are you going to do, write down everyones name who buys gold and make sure they don't buy from your stall?
