I think that most girls in a SERIOUS relationship, or one that isn't just about sex, would like to be told that they're beautiful and pretty, over hot and sexy any single day. In my most humble opinion, calling a girl hot and sexy is just superficial; beautiful goes deeper than that.
Saying a girl is pretty is referring to what's on the outside. Telling her that she's beautiful is referring to what's in there: ->

What's the difference between hot and sexy?
To me sexy is like...when a guy looks at you and judges you by your body only. Hot is like...you look good in general with your hair, make up, outfit, accessories and stuff. Maybe other girls have different opinions
