Wizard/Bard build plz help

Hi all, im just starting to play with this wizard, im lvl 13 and mastery lvl 6, to farming, but i donk know what skills to wizard is better, i only have Fire bolt lvl 1, and some guy told me that skills of fire sucks, besides he told me that ive become in Bard, coz the buffs are good, but i dont know for where start...can u help me =(

ok here is a guide by Dark520 about wizards i think it is pretty good:

and about bard as subclass just get noise(to prevent attack from general mobs),moving march(for improving speed) and maybe mana cycle when you are low on mp :!:
