Dom what are you using at 250? Benchpress? How much do you curl with dumbells?
+1, I didn't understand what dom was talking about.
If he says he can bench 250 and can curl 150, I don't believe him.
Curling is sooooooooooo hard.
My brother can bench 320 and can only curl like 140 I think. Although I'm not 100% sure.
Maybe dom just works his biceps though and not his triceps, which is not a good idea. Triceps are 2/3rds of your arm y'know.
