virus/spyware? lil help please xD

well today ive noticed that when i go to proccesses (ctrl+alt+del)
everything seems to take MUCH more memory than it was before , all of the processes were almost at 40-90mb O_O ive tryed anti virus/anti spyware to maybe find anything , found 5 viruses O_o but still after restart the memory is slowsly getting overused by everything, svchost is using the most i think...

anyways ive used AVG anti virus for check and ad-aware anti spyware...

any help? or maybe some program advice :p

Here's what I've done a long time ago...


1. Get DeepFreeze by Faronics.

2. Reformat your PC and split it in to 2 partitions(eg. C: and D:)

3. Reinstall your applications on your first partion(eg. C:) without connecting to the internet unless the application requires being connected to the internet but make sure the applications are clean.( don't install anti-viruses, they are all shit).

4. Install deepfreeze and freeze your first partition... Your second partition will be your backup drive.


Finished... You won't have any virus attacks for years... Unless You let your guard(DeepFreeze) down and download obvious viruses off cheat sites and porn sites.

hmmm well i never use anti viruses anyways. and thanks for the tip , i guess tommorow morning ill format pc.. need to save so much files O_O
