ya its not really worth it, i mean it basicly just makes a chinese waste money and both euro and chinese would hit and kill you
where as it would have been better if you stealthed and fire bolted, cool sounding skill not effective enough to be worth it

A man once said, "Fear is contagious". So then the same must hold true for courage.
The Roar of a Crowd begins with one man.
Erm, mana drought has another effect: Increases pot delay by/to 4secs, which is quite deadly for a chinese char IMO, since 1 pot/4 secs won't let them survive consecutive hits from most euro damage-dealing chars.
Since its AoE, if a group in GvG stands close enough (8.0m front range, not that huge i guess), you'll instantly have 4-8 chinese chars with pot delay, and all it takes is for your guildmates to chain a few skills and the other guild would've been wiped out.
Useless against Euros though (unless it extends pot delay to 19s).

Yeah, at 76, that extra 4 sec is added. Not sure if it actually adds 4 secs to pot delay or just sets the pot delay to 4 sec for chinese and no effect on euro, but even if it adds 4 secs, it doesn't matter for euro, except warrior, they are all dead if the fight continues longer than 10 seconds anyway.
And yeah, that skill is godly, too bad it takes as long to cast as a nuke, so it's not worth using in 1vs1. Mighty useful for sieges/guild battles though. I wonder if higher levels will also increase the delay time.
