Problems with forum interface

hey guys, is there a way to view ur last 10 posts, for example, in this forum, because i have problems in trying to find the posts i have made in the other forums, so i dun really want the same thing to happen here.

For Firefox, it's up top in between History and Tools.
For IE7, it's at the top left under the address bar, there are 2 stars, click the one with the green + on it. And to view the bookmark, press the star without the green +
