Post by Stormprobe »

No, you lack the language skills for your brain to categorize events in your life. The earliest memory is 3-4 years old for most people.

Yeah ur right
If the concept of us being all one consciousness's and us being one thing that lives endless through the cycle of nature the only clear emotion would be understanding .

Although that is true for most, personally I have vague memories of my late 2s, and a lot of memories from when I was 3.

New experiences, enjoyable events, stuff like that help mark your memory. When I was young I did a lot of stuff with my parents, like visiting Australia for several months; and I still remember a lot of it.

Brain development varies largely on how much brain mass you don't lose during that cozy time in the womb. Hypothetically you can retain enough brain mass and have it develop in time to remember your birth, but you'll need so many things to work out perfectly you may as well say it's impossible.

I can remember some things from before I was 3. But only really important things, like birthdays or first experiences.

No you can't, and can you imagine how horrible that would be? It's a pretty traumatic experience if you think about it...
