...I would blackmail blizzard into selling it to a company that doesn't ask for monthly fees and instead realizes how much money people use on games, making them richer....or make them sell to Acclaim or GameNGame.

It would be interesting if they kept item mall but added a fee only when registering, like on Guild Wars. I'd happily play once (and heck, even buy some item mall) if they dealt with the botters and fixed a few stability issues.

Better service yes, botters would still be around, p2p... maybe. The item mall generates plenty of cash already. Up the server capacity a bit for a bigger player base and viola, you'll get your silk flow going pretty quick.

It would become really shitty because they'd lower graphics quality and add orcs and shit.

MAAAYYYBBBEEEEE not though.

But I think blizzard are fans of really high fantasy, and they don't seem to take the time to create good meshes like joymax.

Size only determines potential. Guys sometimes say that size doesn't matter, that's BS. If you know how to use it, you'd be better off with a bigger one; but if you don't, it doesn't matter how big your capacity is, it's still not going to be enjoyable for the other players.

Exactly what I was getting to. Even if you got a big capacity, you need the experience to make it enjoyable for the people playing. And if you have that experience, a small capacity is wasteful and not fun for the players.

a friend of mine got banned in lotro, for 3 days because he said "**** you" to someone.

you pick your race, then subrace
do statpoints etc
then you define your facial details

you start off at a learning station on a nubbie ship that gives you a gun and a mining laser.
you can just get skill points and learn skills
you buy the book and train it if youre allowed too, and it can take from 8 minutes to 40 days on some skills.

there is a ton of solar sytems, i wouldnt be able to tell you how many.

alot of the build alliances out there that own certain parts of space etc.
teh big ones that are always fighting are:
BoB = Band of Brothers
and
GoonSwarm

high sec is where you cant get attacked unless you force it, like stealing form someone.
0.5 - 1.0 is high sec

.4 and below are lowsec and people are allowed to attack you.

Some people wait at the gates at lowsec to kill you, and they would be called Pirates.

Eve also has its own magazine that comes out every month i think and their on TV show every week.
