Sorry buddy but the fault is on you. Read the first page. The main reason this was implemented in other SRO versions is child addiction. Because of their concern on the youth's health, the governments also agreed to this.
If you have any other reason to apply this to all adults aside from botting, you're not going to get anywhere. As someone has already mentioned before, implementing this to all players will force everyone to just grind, grind, and grind.

they will probadly put something like this in the TOS.
we have the right to stop your experiance points and skill points gain after five hours of gameplay. playing beyond those 5 hours will result in an experiance skill point lock. this controll of gameplay however will not prevent you from engaging in possible planned guild events and or pvp/jobbing events. by signing this tos you agree to what you have read.
but of course barely any1 reads the tos
