Gonna try to explain this so good i can.
The Wizards have a skill that can Teleport you, right?
If i am out and grinding and set my "teleport spot" at the place i am and goes back to town, repairing, buying pots and stuff like that. And when i want to get back to my grinding place, can i use my teleport to come to the place faster?

It's not that kind of teleport lol. 
The Wizard teleport acts similar to Chinese Phantom Walk, which basically makes the character appear to have walked from one spot to another in an instant. Teleport works the same way. =)
The only way to go back to a grinding spot is to buy Reverse-return Scrolls from Item Mall.
