my question is :is it ordinary to loose accounts?
and i want to know if someone could help me to return to the game

Ok, there is no way to run a program and you get somebodies password, they is bf (which takes a while and can be avoided really easily) and there is guessing (which means you have a bad password)

The best ways not to get hacked is:
1) Make your password long, my password are 10-15 characters all the time, this is a good way to avoid bf, something as simple as 360parrot33pie66 is VERY easy to remember, but there is no way in hell anybody will guess it, and bf usually has a number on how long of a password it can guess, some can go up to 5, some to 10
2) Don't give out your password to ANYBODY (i once gave my brother my password on D2, and he stole my items, then he gave me his to SRO, and i stole his items, see, it's never expected), this also counts for close friends and family members, don't trust ANYBODY
3) Don't play at internet caffe, most of them have keyloggers in them (the owners usually install keyloggers onto the systems to see what the people are doing), but they won't hack you, but it's really easy for somebody thats not the owner to get the logs, and hack you, and if your password is easy, people can look over your shoulder and get your password.
4) Use good antivirus/antispyware to get rid of anything that could get out your password, i use BitDefender, it's really good.
5) Be paranoid, i know it was posted before somewhere else, but this is the most important thing... BE PARANOID
6) Don't use bots, most of them are just fake and are keyloggers
7) Make your secret answer something random, like Pet Name, you could make it like ryokolikesipb221771, just write it down, and don't lose it

You guys are so mean. You dont necessarily get scammed cause your char is stripped. Plenty of ppl have gotten hit and they diodnt DL anything or give out their pw.

Considering a lot of people use low level accounts as "staller" accounts, a lot of low level stallers will have SoX items in them, so your point is a bit invalid.

Besides, it depends on how the account was "hacked". If a hacker actually succeeds in breaking into the Joymax databases, he would likely not search specifically for high level accounts, just accounts that have desired items in them, or specific accounts if they are trying to get to a certain player.

Also if keyloggers are put on random people's computers that just happen to play SRO, the owner of the keylogger likely won't care if the user is a high or low level. They'll have access to an account and will check it out.

go change your password and update your info chage your e mail there as well, now hurry up dont use any programs hacks or whatever that you think will give you an advantage ingame

now you see your nuker, even with crappy set and no weapon can still hunt its easier to start there than from level 1

now if you think your gonna play on our compassionate heart and try to beg your way for gold items or accounts LOL
