Reason why int swords do better then int spears in these all npc gear matches...

A hybrid int sword has more defense, simply from the shield. The block + the block passive is a DIRECT block. No blues on weapons means that you would have 18br+. Thus, you block almost 1 out of the 5 hits you take.

Secondly, knock down is a lot more devastating simply because there's no blues to gain extra hp from and so your opponents can't simply pot it out; their hp pool is small.

Anywoot, that's what I'm thinking anyways. I woulda build a s&s. Max bicheon, light, ice to 80, and either go with 60 fire or 60 heuksai.

iceface on xian dominated with hybrid bow. Nobody was immune, so ice imbue bow combo and snow shield/fire wall would be pretty cool.

not only that but i stopped playing that char awhile ago.
if anything, its as much her char as it is mine.

Most of the people had no clue what they were doing. Who goes armor or glavie with a heavy int hybrid?

If we can get Ito's credit card back in time, they'll be going together unless someone wants to pay :roll:

From what I was told by Ito and her mom, dual wielding is pointless since you have basically no defense and you need to kill as fast as possible. No time to try switching, although I have heard that someone took up an unneeded mastery for the passive and a little something else.

As far as I know, Xone got lucky and pvped someone with no snow shield, which is why he/she one nuked someone. It wasn't entirely the skill of the player.

It looks like some people didn't know that they had a set build, and started creating for another type of build before noticing they were heavy int hybrid. Hence glaives and armor sets on some people. Not paying attention to the build is asking for trouble, and with 80 levels of one mastery they dont need, i'm sure that set a few people back.

well Xone was facing a guy with garms and spear from the SS, and true, he didn't put snow shield up. He went for the attempted straight kill with a 1 or 2-hit. Anyway, it still doesn't mean that Xone is anything less than a great player just because he 1-hit a guy without snow shield.
He is a pretty skilled player. I've known him through 3 servers and over a year, and he strikes fear in even people with a lot of sun. He was also in GnG last year as Venice--_SunTzu_. Also agree with you Mike--most people had absolutely no clue what to do!
