what is better? BR or defense

i have 3 +5 shields
a 64 +7 br 18
a 68+5 br 16
and a 72+5 br 12

which one should i use for PVE and PVP?

Good question lol, IMO, 72+5 for pve, 68+5 for pvp

if youre around 72 you can get away with using that lvl 68 shield for a level or two until you get that 72+5's BR up.

First off eliminate the 72 one, 12 BR is trash.

If your a Blader, I would use the 64+7 until you got a 72+5 with 17+ BR.

If your a s/s, go with the 68+5 until a 72+5 with 17+ BR.

i agree on oro upon eliminating the 72 sheil. br is terrible

i would use the 68+5 because it has nice amount of extra defense and imo the minumum amount of br for a good sheild

Just alchemy the 72 shield until you get a good br (I like 16+, 17+ is hard to get).

I guess it depends on your build.

Me personally, I would prefer the 64 +7 with 18 BR. I'm a pure STR and don't exactly need more defense.. but blocking hits more is always fun during PVP.

The 72 is junk unless you get that BR up.

i'm pure int sword...defense is really important

i guess i'll use the 68, i've used about 20 br stones on the 72...10-->10-->12--->10 etc

both defence rate and br ate important.. ^^ but its much beter to have a 20-23br with a som/sun shield...
