will murdering cause sp lose

will it cause sp lose if i murder?if i had 2k sp and i murdered will it be any less?

If a player kills you, you will lose 20 sp per kill and if monster kills you, you will lose 60 sp per kill.

and if you die on your own you will lose 60sp.(turn auto pot off and let the hp drop)

i mean the moment you kill someone will you lose sp straight away or will that only happen when someone else/monster kills you
