I final found out who that chick was. I've been looking at her in like 5 ppls avatars for months wondering who she was and why everyone thought she was great enough to be plastered all the internet. At first i thought it was a D2A thing cause i first saw him with it then more and more ppl and then i figured he had nothing to do with it.
Anyway i watched some of the anime and decided it was pretty good. I've only seen the first 5 episodes but it kinda reminds me of FLCL. Extraordinary ppl placed in mundane settings. It nice i like it so fart i hope it stays good.

I've watched about half way through it. I really like it. The order of the episodes is really screwy though. Luckily someone posted it in the coments of one episode i was watching.
