SP Farming at 42 or 39?

Hi guys. I'm currently level 39 with teh following skills

Ice: 21
Lightning: 37
Heuksal: 37

I have only approximately 700 SP at the moment. SHould i delevel my lightning and heuksal to 30 and farm or should i level to 42 and then farm with a SoX weapon. The only cause for concern is that i might not be able to afford a level 42 SoX spear. How much does it cost for a good one anyway?

So this is the plan. Level till 42, then devele skills to 33. Buy SoX spear and farm at Golems>?
