Where is this secret stable? (quest) :(

Ok... I've searched and searched, honestly I'm losing hope and getting ashamed for not finding it >.<

can you paint a litle dot of where is it?

I used the quest's clue but.... nothing

Than you go to Uvetine (He's near the assosation boss), you give him the hat, you get a quest from him (Get 30 Dow Genoto's horns) When you are done with that quest you go back to him and you get 10 holy water and you use them at the stable.

I've went to alot of houses in constantine outside the town... It always says "Holy water can't be used here"
