Wireless Internet: Very slow

So today before i went to school, i setup a stall char and had my stall all setup. When i get home im disconnected (like always) but try to log back on and i get a C9 error. Then i try to connect to this website and it takes about 15seconds to pull up. I check my packets recieved and sent, and its in the 3000-4000 mark (usually around 400k when playing SRO)...

So i restart my modem/router...doesnt work
change my router channel 3 times...doesnt work
connect my PC straight to the modem...works fine so it has to be a router problem.

Updated the firmware on the router and let it sit unplugged for a good 10minutes...doesnt help.

Any other suggestions before i try to replace it?

Oh and im using a dell inspiron laptop with a built in network adapter (sounds crappy but is much better than aftermarket products)

Whats the router name?
Search google on : [Routername] no signal
