Its optional I think its best for an INT based build because it has AOE for when your getting mobbed. Or after you do a nuke you can use it and zerk arrow.

Its an optional skill, but I use it all the time. Good for trade runs, and aggroing multiple mobs onto you. Does low damage.
lvl 65 4gap 84:84 bow inactive.
