dmg resistance and mana wall

if ya check dmg resistance scrol.. silk 1 i tsyas it cannot be used with similar item/skill

so i was wondering.. can ya use it in same time with mana wall? or ya cant? if ya cnat it just suks lol.. mana wall = alot higher than dmg increase
