Techgfx is one of many graphics sites out there, I just chose them because they are friendly/home to all degrees of skill level. I think their critiques are biased and inaccurate seeing as how most of them are very young and couldt have had any real training/experience in core design, so I would forego that but they do have a wonderful resources section.

They have a great tut section, but thats about it, everything else is a little immature and the discussions go nowhere fast.
