how does honor rank work?

It does not seem to depend on teh amount of graduates nor on the amount of honor points...

What does make you get the crown (grade) in the honor ranking?
CAPPED, but not farmed :/

its the amount of honor points you have

my friend chatted with the no. 1 in xian and he has alot of honor points..and like 12/13 graduates :)

If rank is dependent on honor points, wouldnt spending them make you go down in rank?
