yea i understand :) But still cant get the thought away that many things they put in item mall HAD to be a LOT cheaper >.> or just be bought with in game gold or something like that because..For you to have a what jm calls it "Good Gameplay" you need to waste more money than you would play lotro and WoW at the same time lol xD

buying silk = telling joymax that what they are doing is good in your eyes, good enough to give them money. ever thought if we stopped buying silk for a period of time and started telling joymax that we don't support what they're doing, well atleast i think Something would happen. i mean hey, when was the last time you actually saw a gm in game? if joymax actually did something, sro could be botfree with no problem. the sad thing is that all they do is say the same automated messages, granted give us updates, but the time it takes for them to help customers is pathetic. how long did it take them to realize that everyone's newly added guild emblems in aege came out as a white box? so many guilds / unions had that problem and multiple people were spamming bug report. I mean think about it, are you supposed to have to send in multiple messages daily for weeks and just hope for a responce? it's not supposed to be this way, and isn't in any other games. compare iSRO to kSRO.

you can think it in that way, but the way joymax looks as it is what they're doing right now is good enough to produce revenue. so why would they better their services when they are still getting paid.

I LOL at the idiots that say " well atleast they are doing something about it".

Speed up to the 21st century and realize that this world is about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Joymax is a business, and customer satisfaction should be one of there main priorities!

Joymax is a big joke, they don't do shit for there customers, they release patches they dont test! How many times in a row now that they have released a patch and they end up fu.cking it up?

viva la private servers!

Hopefully the release of SRO Emulators will leave iSRO to the botters and all the legits will move off to private servers. lol Then the botters can live with the bad service, overpriced silk and buggy updates. WOOT.

btw, private servers arent free. bandwith isnt free. all private servers accept donations in exchange for items. basically they will be selling you item mall as well. SRO is F2P.. who the heck plays a private server for a F2P game. Private servers are always for P2P games which people dont want to pay for.

also i dont think Joymax has successfully added a patch that didnt screw up 10second after release.

Ppl will play a private server for a F2P game because the F2P game isnt free, nor is it competitive. Right now, a lot of ppl play because SRO is basically a good game with very, very poor management. Who wouldnt want to play SRO bot and crap service free as long as the server is stable? There are a lot of ppl who own their own servers as well.

THere are also a LOT of private servers our there for F2P games that the original companies effed all up. KalOnline is F2P, KnightOnline is F2P, etc... They both were great games that got messed up by poor management and both have had successful reincarnations as private servers.

Id gladly donate my money to an organization that provided SRO to me in a form that eliminated bots, added events, had a few GMS and a little customer service. After experiencing JoyMax, my expectations are pretty low.

you know whats funny? people cry all day on forums and globals about the lag/bots and how much jm sucks and stuff and then when jm realeases this ugly angel wing thingy for 130 Farking silk they all buy it in an instant :roll:

Yeah there has been alot of problems with the updates, bots and basically everything. But I still like the game, and I'm trying to get the most out of it. Every once in a while I feel like complaining about something but I usually don't. There's plenty of that shit on these forums.

I'm thinking this way: SRO is still an incomplete game. I think Joymax is concentrating on finishing it at the expense of other stuff. Once the game is finished with 150 cap, castle sieges and other stuff we don't know about, maybe then they can focus more on improving gameplay, customer service, etc.

This is just my opinion though, not a fact. If you feel like commenting it, please do so properly, without unnecessary flaming & other bs, thnx :)
