Salihap's Horseshoe Quest Question

For Salihap's quest you have to collect 400 of Salihap's horseshoes, but 2 other types drop for the stablemasters in the different towns - is there an additional quest reward for turning in these other 2 types, or should they just be sold? Npc's will pay 1g. each, but I'm thinking the reward for turning them in with Salihap's 400 might mean more gold or possibly some xp for them. ??

I would just hold onto the other 2 shoes until you finish the quest. After 150 of one of the other horseshoes they stop dropping so you can pick up the rest of the Salihap's horseshoes without dropping the unnecessary items. I haven't turned in the quest yet because I plan on saving it for 90 cap but I'm assuming you won't need the other 2 types of shoes but i could be wrong.

Thnx for the reply. I'll hang onto them and turn them in since I'm only on part 1 of 3 of quest and see if the reward is a little better than 1g.

I'd just drop the quest, but I have close to 200 of Salihap's already so I'd like to finish. I'm still pretty low level for the quest, so it's taking quite a while to collect all 400 and I don't like carrying extra junk in my inventory. If the payoff is bad on the extras I'll just npc them when I do part 2 & 3.
