Can i use this till lvl 24?

I had upgrade my SOS Glavie to +3 recently..And i wonder whether this sos can last for me till LVL 24?? And can i up it again to +4??
And how much can i sell for this Glavie??
I intend to sell it for 2.4M when i high LVL....Is it too much??

Yeah that would do until level 24 then you could sell it and buy a good +3 or +4 level 24 glaive.

Yes. Seal of Star = +5, then your glavie already has a +3 on it. So.. 16+5+3=24. So you can use that glavie up too 24. At that point you should either continue using it like you would a regular lv 24, or you could sell it for a lot and use that money to get a +3 lv 24. The +3 should cost less than the SoS so you should also make some profit.

Overkill for a level 16 if you ask me, but yeah it will last you.
