O that's quite easy. Press the power on button on your pc for approx. 15 seconds.

Results are immediate.

there is a file you can delete, its called SilkErrSender (size is 136kb and its in ur silkroad folder), i deleted it, nvr get that anymore, but sometimes the game wont load, so i have to do it again, and again...
