Checking new bands / music out before deciding to get their stuff or not ... since there is usually at least 1 Vid even from unknown bands, may it be a live video with crappy quality

Besides that, checking videos crazy people send me and wondering about 1) where they found that and 2) what kind of people make such videos >.<

Most of my favorites are some kind of comedy. But I also get music off of there, clips from movies, and so on. I would die without youtube though. Makes me laugh when I'm down, lets me hear my favorite songs...Youtube is my best friend.
