Jo, i have a question.
Many people say the 'heuksal spear series' sucks. But is it worth getting it with the new dull effect on the last book?

I have the Heuksal Spear Series and i think its worth getting. It may not make the most damage, but the dull helps a lot.

Slows down the opponent. Also extends cast time for skills.

Yes its like frostbite, and it lasts 20 seconds, u cant use pills, but if u do get dull status, it'll waste ur pills for 20 seconds

u can pill it away. with those rare pils that got 20 sec recharge or something ~~
