Well, in my opinion (i'm a 68 pur str bow)
strong bow is a definite.
But, mind bow isn't as important as some of the others. =X
If you have enough sp, then get it.
If you're a lil low you should get anti,combo,strong first then get mind.
I think that the multiple hitting monster is great.
but it's Just too weak compared to when you're pvping or hunting uniques.

Mind bow helps a lot in grinding by luring mobs. I always do it in this order.

1. Strong bow
2. Mind bow (one mob down and lures a few more)
3. Devil arrow (kills with AOE)
4. Autumn wind (kills remaining with AOE)
5. Anti devil (finish off any remaining or new target)

if you think 7 sec is fast..

however, when u've got 2 books of mind bow, it are great lure skills (especially for farming)
