How the hell do you guys do this?

theres a chance of gambling because when you buy the item low there is a chance you wont be able to sell it high or even for the price you bought it for so its not for sure 100% that you will sell it higher than what you bought it... therefore your gambling

By knowing the market you know if something is cheap. It's just a question of time when you can sell a item for the going price.

Time is important when buying/reselling.

Yeah I can see where time can be frustrating for buying and reselling, especially if you bought an item before europe and try selling it now. I bought a 42+3 SOS blade and shield (shield is now +5) before euro came out. Now SOS prices have dropped quite a bit. I think I bought the blade at about 30m or so but now people sell them around 15-20m. Makes me wonder if prices will ever go back up.

I've priced my shield similar to others in the stall network (cheaper than what I bought it for when it was +3) and it's not selling well. I've had these for quite some time now.

yes buy/resell is a bit of a risk and i personally dont do it... but for a lot of people do it and are succesful and thats cool but i sell elements and i make decent money so i think ill stick to alchemying items

this topic is just full of money guides now lol,

i just sell eles and i have got 250mil at lv 50,

since euro has come out i have found it easy with my euro to find eles because where the crabs are on the beach, there are lots of bots and gold farmers, that leave all the ele drops behind. pick these up, sea sand gives you 14 fire lv1s per a drop and they sell for 300ea so...

also it is easy to get wind lv2s here whick sell for 2k ea because of their use in high lv tabs

You find good deals, for example (this is what he did)
Som lvl 16 bow for 1 mil. Sold for 25.
Sun spear for 10 mil. Sold for 20.
Som 32 sword for 4 mil - 10 mil. Sold for 25.
Lvl 32 sos glavie +5 for 4 mil. Sold for 9.
etc, etc.
Some peopel can find good deals, some can't. I'm one that can't -_-.
