Even though I listen to classical music alot, I have decided that I like to listen to the album form Kitaro, Silkroad. It focuses upon the true music of silkroad... and it just fits like a puzzle piece.

Again a topic i cant vote on couse its to generall

music has to reach inside me and make that conection to my deep inner self

I do not listen to 1 style of music , personaly i listen to anything that I think sounds good , be it rap , R&B, heavy metall, trance , house , pop , clasical , instrumental , etc etc

i would never limit my injoyment of good music by listening to just one type of music

Same here ^^ but I use my MP3 player and plug it into the Line In on my computer...so no resources are used and no computer lag:D

I usually watch tv while I play. Though, sometimes I'll listen to classical. I find when words are in the music, it's kind of distracting.

And sometimes I don't watch tv or play music. I kind of like the sound of the birds chirping in Jangan, and the loud rumbles of the wind in Donwang ^^

Definatly metal FTW, shit like Chimaira!, Rammstein, Slayer, Chastisement, Dark Tranquility oh and the list goes on but also some Goo Goo Dolls, Trance . Songs I recommend from these bands is Forced Life, Pure Hatred, Comatose, Disposable Heroes, and songs form rammstein, Rein rause, ich will, Feuer frei,Links 234, too many songs from slayer and chaistisement to name, far as DT goes, Lost to Apathy, Monochromatic stains, Treason Wall, Tidal Tantrum. I prefer to listen to more mindless music, something you dont have to concentrate on or listen to words, because when your playin sro, your brain is likely going to tune out the music because your focus is somewhere else, so i prefer techno or any other "mindless" music thats easy to listen to...more music, less words.

I've got a 1,663 song playlist I throw on random, occasionally skipping through what isn't fueling me at the moment. The big mainstays are Weird Al, ICP, Twiztid, Razed in Black, Pink, a ton of anime OPs and EDs, and rounded out with Europop like Kwan, Rednex, and t.A.T.u..
