I would get rid of the filter you put over it. Either that or possibly bring the wolf itself and the text in front of the filter, just having it be a background effect. But it being completely over the signature does not look as good in my opinion.

Nice stock resized, text, filter, border.

I'm sorry, it could be nice, but this just looks bad. 2/10 for the effort.

Right now, yes it wont get much of a rating. I would fix the filter on the entire thing first off. And yes, its a basic signature as you stated how he made it. So maybe have some links to tutorials to teach advanced techniques or offer some methods to add to it then just list how he did it. I'm usually never given help like that when I make signatures, and yea i still do the same thing and havent learned at all.

Thanks for your suggestions, I will edit it some other day. Btw, for PS, I find techniques not that important. It is the artistic sense that really matters. I've seen people making nice sigs or pics out of very basic methods and some who use the most complicated tools while doing something not really good. And I find myself lack of artistic sense... But still, I will try to improve. Thanks again for your suggestions

Techniques make up the artistic sense. But +1 for all the above posts. Try to look at sum tuts to help you a bit.
