So i was lookin around Hotan at nice pretty things.
I see a 52+3 Sword, mag 76% and str 2 for 250k

naturally, I bought it and immediately stalled it for 2.5mill

2 mins later, someone comes to me saying in "geri var sword" offers me exchange and puts 250k in his slot.

I ask him to talk english ^_^
He says he cant. :(

So its fairly obvious thisis the dude that sold the sword, and he wants it back as he made a mistake. Do i keep this turkish fella's sword and laugh at his mistake? Or do i give it back for 250k?

Well, i found a turkish translator and verified that it was him that sold it. Then i gave it back to him and told him to be more careful in future.
All with the help of my turkish translator friend.

Aren't I nice?

*hopes its instant karma where i get a sos drop first drop*

Personally I think I would've kept it  ...thinking that if I made that mistake no one would ever give it back to me, so why should I

Lol. Don't that person will later in pvp call you noob, flood chat box in vulgar remarks about your family. Even though you were nice.

That's what I would do. xD

If he'd been a nob, and just been rude and like "gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme sword plsss etc etc" yeah id have kept it. But he seemed nice and so i was too ^_^

Its possible though, that this incident just cancels out the one where i got a bunch of weapon elixirs for 40k each.

*hopes still for the instant karma way*

Other people being nice makes me wanna be nice too ^_^

I'm a cleric and I usually res everyone but I'm not always that happy to help someone who spams:

resssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
resssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
ressssssssssssss
rsssssssssss
ressssssssssssssssssssssss

And usually they don't even say thanks....
Makes me really mad :banghead:

It's always nice to see someone ask for help properly, like "Hey man could u plz res me?" These people who can ask nicely are really worth helping for :)

Actually a turkish person is like an elephant. He/she never forgets. Be nice to him/her and he/she will respect you probably till the day either one of you quit.

Agggges back when I still played on Olympus I used to trade with 2 TR's ALOT. Then few weeks later I went murder status after murdering some twat in takla ... managed to run back to hotan but got zerked infront of the gate by 4 glaivers. While dying I dropped my SOM 68+5 100% blue garm leg. I was pissed ,,..,, But after talking to the guy that picked it up, he rememberd I helped his leader out on trades .. and gave it back.

Little personal experience, you should get my point.
