Can't do it in XP, or at least my machine. It just brings up the task manager and doesn't allow you to scroll through the programs.

it's not XP professional, Use XP prof and I can minimize fine too

if you bring up task manager, you can't alt+tab to select it, then minimize?

on a side note, when I run a dedicated server I can't start the game at the same time =.= some error... meh I'll check ETQW forums, maybe they have a solution~

Didnt like it at all. Just reminded me of bf2142, which i hated. Didnt even like the look of it, graphics, guns, vehicles etc werent for me.

That's too bad. I didn't feel anything special for it either but that's before I 'mastered' the gameplay.

as wu said, you cant alt tab once you have the task manager up, you have to do it like this

which is how wu and avalanche are doing it too i believe.
