when a higher lvl takes a lower lvl to mobs that are 20 lvls higher than his lvl, kills the mobs quickly and lvls the lower character

it is, if u let the pwrlvl u for a few hours with a great spawn spot, and the right mobs

Powerlevelling is done in all MMOs. Like it or not, your choice. It requires at least 2 live players to be considered p/l.

Botting is botting. If you power a second character with a bot, it is still botting.
