normally hit my wall hard, listen to music and play some game. if im not at
home i dunno, hold it in mostly, imagining how i could seriosly hurt him with
my bare hands at that moment...

Tough one.. Usually go for a bike ride or play some golf out of my back yard (just imagine the ball is someones head :wink:

).

Music is always good too. taking my dog for a walk + music is prolly the best one for me

depend where I am... well if I get mad with friend in public place I usually start to yell, or sometime if it's about dumb stuff I just let it go and turn on music. if I get mad and im on my computer I usually start yelling on my mic (if im on vent-skype-ts) or just throw my keyboard away lol.

but im not a violent person, well ok i am sometime but usually I can hold myself most of the time.

usually when im mad, which dosent occur very often because i have a very gentle and comprehensive temper, i call some friends (girls, cuz they listen better of course) and smoke a joint.

The only reason that gets me mad with a 100% success rate is when is cant find something i know i have.
