I was just gunna ask that. Why stop at 11? From what I have read, there is no limit as to hiw high they can go.

+255 is as high as it goes, but u would have to certifiably insane and extremley rich to pull it off

actually thers no new glow for anything after +9 so anything glowing blue could b anywhere from+9 to +255
