1. if i get cleric for a subclass and i only get the 1st cleric weapon, will that effect the buffs that i use?

It wont effect the buffs (nor bless spells, which i would recomend even if you only plan to use it for buffs - tho Str and Int buffs wont last when u change weapon)

really? the buffs leave when u change weapon!??? Then whats the point of gettin a buffer as a second class!

Some buffs stay, some go away...
So if you're getting a buffer sub-class, there's not much point in developing skills that will wear off once you change equipment.

As for the equipment and atributes, they don't affect how powerfull buff is. It's purely skill-based, which means that cleric's Bless Spell will have same duration and strength no matter if you use lv 1 cleric rod or lv 32...

cleric is good since you can heal yourself

Keep in mind you cannot int or str buff yourself as a cleric or cleric subclass.
