well never expected for this to become popular :P

LOL i was just playing with my last question... come on... buying silk is one of the most smartest to do, and some things that JM gave to make the game more interesting and more fun :D like the GT increases your exp. so that you could lvl faster, ans sp tickets increases SP, and Arrows so that you wont get back to town to buy more.

yup silk buying is one of the most smartest thing to do in this game... but spend it wisely :D , and unfortunate for me cause i have no money to afford such things :D

well ...no hard feelings? :D
As i ended the last chapter of my past never forgotten true love...
... a new one begins :)
I'm begging to find a way on how to connect with someone new...
....somehow this new Chapter will be quite an experience. :)

actually im pretty sure there is a rule against gold buying, especially since JM does ban gold spam bots (once in a while)

Technically, but no one ever gets banned for actually BUYING. Gold bots get banned for being...bots. Nothing more.

People who advertise that they are buying gold ON THE OFFICIAL FORUMS get banned...supposedly. But...that's it.

people do get banned for it, i know couple who had 10days bans and even the 100years ban due to gold buying.

lol...10 day bans....

So...2 people. How many peopel do you know who are bots who got banned?

Furthermore, whoever you know must be idiots. It's impossible to get banned for buying gold...becuase people use dummy accounts...lvl 1 accounts to accept. That's why jangan stables always has them
I need power level of a euro lvl 12 account. 200K per hour (oasis)

Legit is legitimacy not earned by you but bestowed upon you by your fellow silkroad players.

botters, scammers, goldbuyers, ccf'rs, powerleveled arrogant euros, etc, etc,
can all claim they are legit. and they are entitled to self-proclaim their legitimacy inspite of their actions/habits ingame.

BUT the honor of being called Legit is earned through respect and admiration by other players.

Everything that's apart of the game is legit. Only thing I consider not is use of third party programs or just any other program to give someone an edge in game. So basically bots and gold buying would fall under the non legit area. You have to go out of the way to setup some program to do the work for you or go pay cash to get some extra gold to increase the servers economy and make good--decent items impossible for "legit player" to get.

Scamming=Just using other people and their stupidity to get things. Apart of game I don't know why anyone complains about they're own greed--stupidity.

Power-Leveling=There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. High lvl friends helping lower lvls catch up to hit certain lvls w/e it's apart of the system. Only thing that would make this not legit, would be having bots plvl you the entire time.

Glitch-Bug Exploits=Again it's part of the game until JM changes/fixes the bug. Everyone has a chance at using them so it's fine. Using exploits constantly to get people murder/killed w/e.....It's still fine, the world is full of A-holes.

Covered those cause I saw you guys saying they're "not legit."

Although I don't really agree with item mall items and don't buy silk anyways cause it's a game and no point spending money, JM has included it so silk buyers would also be "legit."

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=legit

legit for sro would mean playing within the game rules.

You are not legit if you have bought gold or used a bot on your character.
Buying silk doesn't make you not legit.

Seriously, who that can afford $5US per month wouldn't pay for a grabber pet, especially ranged attacks. Who wouldn't pay $20 per month to not have to 9 gap?

Again, legit = played by the rules
Hardcore (and possibly stupid) = not bought silk _and_ legit
SRO: the world's most useless GM's

No botting, no silk, no gold buying, no bug exploiting, no powerleveling/taxi.

Silk isn't illegal, but it's not required to play and people level without it.
