pk2 edit a horse

pk2 edit a horse

hi, can anyone tell me how to pk2 edit a horse? i already pk2 editied many things but i cant pk2 edit my horse into uruchi. i added null bytes when replacing the codes. what am i doing wrong? when i start sro launcher it says silkroad.exe needs to close. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( please help. i posted it here cuz i get replies faster.

If it closes before you even started the game than you either overwrote part of a separate file or you still have the PK2 file open in HexEdit.

nope, i had 260448276 after i replaced the horse with uruchi. than 260448252 bytes after i replaced the "soldier" code with the horse code. then i opened media with hexedit and went to the bottom and started adding 00 until it became 260448256 which is the default bytes. so it is the same exact file size as it is supposed to be and i still get this error, is there something i missed?

whats the code of horse and the uruchi (or tiger woman)
