If you are saying Cleric as a Main and Rogue as a Sub class then, no. Cleric is a pure INT, and only can be itself or with either wizard or warlock as sub.
Btw, you can be a full str rogue with cleric as sub though. Use cleric for it's buff, and you'll be fine.

Errr you'd never want a cleric with a wizy or warlock subclass, those two would be totally useless subclasses.
Cleric with bard as sub, get noise and speed and you rock.
Cleric with rogue sub, really bad idea and as useless as wizy or warlock sub, but yeah, you could even be cleric and warrior sub, it'd be idiotic but you could.
