New AC mod

After much deliberation, the SRF mod team has decided on the new AC mod:

Rizla

please welcome him to the staff, and i am sure that he will be a huge asset to the AC and along with reK help to make some changes to the AC that will keep it growing and make it even better.

Once I get my team into a position where Im comfortable with the way it stands Ill look into revoicing that issue, but for now it remains in limbo.

Some of us have been pushing hard for a new mod as of late, i'm happy they chose you. I hope you can stay active and do a geat job, I know you have the ability to do it.
