cant skill edit anymore!!!

I'm interested in changing skills like ADB series to KD and 2AC to 2 stab...

but i cant change it no more... the pk2 exractors dont work?

I'm soo excited about changing skills but i can cause i cant find skill effect...

anyone please help me....
