Attack rating mean?


and magical reinforce?

And how do they help the weapon?

The damage you deal comes in a range, max or min damage. Without attack rating (and its counterpart parry) the game would do random in dealing damage within this max or min range. A high attack rating (compared to targets parry ratio) would enable you to hit max (or close to max) damage most of the time.

Magical reinforce on a weapon would add extra magic damage. The amount is based on your INT stat of your char.

Base Magic damage = Magic attack damage + magic reinforce x INT

this is the simplified version. A high reinforce equates to a higher damage (for weapons) but only true if your char was build to use that wpn (ie int based char for magic based wpns) as it is stat dependent.


which one is better for a Pure Int Wizard?
When choosing the best wpn, if you had the option between two wpns, the easiest way is to equip one, then go to character info by pressing 'C' and look at the magic atk range x~y. Then equip the other wpn and compare the values. This way you dont have to calculate the values yourself :)
