Do you know the name of the garlic (yeah, I said pepper before but I meant garlic) goat cheese? That's my favorite cheese, but I've only ever eaten it in holland.

i love cheese -.-

provolone and pepperjack in sammies. swiss is also good. cheddar cubes are good to munch on

id like to try out all cheeses but id stay away from the ones that look really moldy (like blue cheese).... that can be unappealing to me at first sight. :oops:
